Hampton Roads is thrilled to be hosting the 2018 Can-Am Police-Fire Games. The Games will feature more than 50 sporting events, including traditional athletic competitions such as swimming, softball, golf and cycling as well as profession-specific events such as SWAT, police service dog, toughest firefighter alive and toughest competitor alive.  The Games are open to active duty and retired Police, Fire, EMS and Corrections personnel and their spouse.  This includes the first responders and protective services for our colleges and universities and military installations.

The Hampton Roads region is comprised of multiple cities including Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, and Virginia Beach.  The region is accessible by a major interstate highway system, the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel, and two major airports in Norfolk and Newport News both served by low fare airlines.
