Disco Dash comes to Virginia Beach!

Whether you're a flower child looking to get your groove back or you just like to rock out in hot pants We'll be boogying through the whole 5k course filled with lights, music to take you back to the disco era. We have a 1k kids run, inflatables and rides for children and spectators. Free tie dye booth, awards to the overall winners and a great after party with food and drinks. 5k Racers receive a finisher’s medal and Race t-shirt, A portion of proceeds go to Stand Up For Kids-Hampton Roads
