Get on your bike for a night time ride in the NEON District! Riders of all ages and experience levels are welcome to attend this free critical mass group ride. No cost or registration required--just bring your bike! Meet at 8:00 pm at The Plot in your best glow in the dark clothes, bike gear, gloves or shoes, with flashing lights and glow sticks. We roll at 8:30! Free bike swag to all cyclists! Glow Ride III is an organized ride for Norfolk Bike Month 2018 facilitated by the City of Norfolk Government Bicycling and Pedestrian Trails Commission, Norfolk Recreation, Parks & Open Space and Downtown Norfolk. Final route to be posted before the ride. Children 14 years old and younger are required to wear a helmet when riding a bicycle. Although it is not required, it is highly recommended that all cyclists wear helmets.
