The City of Norfolk is pleased to announce the return of the 2017 Norfolk Scope Holiday Basketball Classic! The games will take place from December 26th - December 28th and involve eight of the area's finest high school teams. The 5th annual holiday classic will showcase the region's immense pool of talent in boys’ basketball. Bruce Phelps, former Coordinator of Student Activities for Virginia Beach City Public Schools, will serve as the 2017 Holiday Basketball Classic Director. The following schools will be represented in this year’s holiday invitational: Norview Floyd E. Kellam Ocean Lakes Maury Salem Booker T. Washington John Handley Granby
